We are the Smiths. We have been in the restaurant business since 1962. Our first ventures were good old fashioned Drive-Ins. We have also owned and operated casual dining and steak house restaurants. My parents, Mike and Janet, raised me in the business. My wife Rita and I have operated TJ’s since we opened in June of 1982. We look forward to seeing you soon!
We go the extra mile by making our own ice cream using our own recipes and doing it fresh daily. Starting with sweet local dairy cream and cane sugar, we deep freeze it down to -30 degrees to keep air out and the goodness in. Basically, we are more concerned with the quality we serve than the cost of the top quality ingredients we use.
